Flat Lay Measurement Guide
To find your perfect fit, grab a shirt you already own and love, then follow these steps:
- Lay the shirt flat on a table or bed, smoothing out any wrinkles.
- Use a measuring tape and measure straight across each of the following areas:
- Sleeve Length – Measure from the edge of the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff (bottom of the sleeve).
- Chest Width – Measure across the front, from one armpit seam to the other (bust area).
- Waist Width – Measure straight across the narrowest part of the shirt (usually halfway between the armpit and hem).
These are flat lay measurements (half the full body measurement).
Sizing
How Our Tees Really Fit
Run Large
Our tees are designed to fit a bit roomier than your usual sizing, so we recommend sizing down from your usual size.
But, if you’re all about that relaxed, oversized vibe? Stick to your normal size or size up if you're between sizes.
With a classic crew neck and that perfect straight fit, you’ll feel comfy and free to move.
How Our Work Shirts Fit
Run Large
Our work shirts have a relaxed fit, with a little extra room built in for comfort. Designed to move with you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
If you're between sizes, you're likely fine sticking with your usual size—or size down for a more tailored fit.
