Next day dispatch: Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase from TittyTees! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit or exchanges on eligible items.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, but store credit is available valid for 12 months.

ELIGIBILTY

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full-price items only.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered — with all tags and packaging intact.
• We recommend trying on items as soon as they arrive to ensure you’re within the return window if needed.
  

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email sales@tittytees.com.au with your order number to start your return.
2. Please include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) in your return parcel.
3. Items must be returned via registered post to ensure safe delivery. TittyTees is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
4. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is deemed faulty.
5. Our packaging is reusable, so feel free to return your item in the original mailer.
6. Once we receive and approve your return you will be issued a store credit code via email.

RETURNS PROCESSING

• Once we receive your return, items will undergo a quality check.
• Store credit will be issued via email as a discount code valid for 12 months.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, however this is usually completed much sooner.
