Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from TittyTees. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return for a store credit ONLY or exchange the item/s you’ve purchased.
Returns for store credits or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for full price items. Sale items are non-refundable.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of TittyTees.
Please ensure you include your Order Number with your return, this number can be found in your Order Confirmation email.

RETURNS PROCESSING
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), if you choose a credit you will receive notification of your credit discount code for future purchases online. We endeavour to process exchanges and credits as soon as they are approved but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your store credit or exchange once processed. All store credits are valid for 12 months.
We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost, please ensure a return mail bag is included in your return package. TittyTees is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
