RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your online purchase from TittyTees. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a store credit or exchange only.

• 14 days of the purchase date on full-price items only.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with all tags and packaging intact.
• We recommend trying on items as soon as they arrive to ensure you're within the returns window if needed.
• All returns must be sent via registered post. TittyTees is not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, except in the rare event an item is found to be faulty.
• Our post bags are designed to be reused, so feel free to return your item in the original packaging.

Please include your Order Number with your return. This can be found in your Order Confirmation email.

TittyTees is not responsible for items lost in transit that is sent by the customer.

RETURNS PROCESSING
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), if you choose a credit you will receive notification of your credit discount code for future purchases online. We endeavour to process exchanges and credits as soon as they are approved but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your store credit or exchange once processed. All store credits are valid for 6 months.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost, please ensure a return mail bag is included in your return package. TittyTees is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
