Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase from TittyTees. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit or exchange on eligible items.
ELIGIBILTY
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full-price items only.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered — with all tags and packaging intact.
- We recommend trying on items as soon as they arrive to ensure you’re within the return window if needed.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email sales@tittytees.com.au with your order number to start your return.
- Please include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) in your return parcel.
- Items must be returned via registered post to ensure safe delivery. TittyTees is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Our packaging is reusable, so feel free to return your item in the original mailer.
- If exchanging, please include a return mail bag for us to send the new item.
RETURNS PROCESSING
- Once we receive your return, items will undergo a quality check.
- Exchanges will be sent using the return mail bag you provide.
- Store credit will be issued via email as a discount code valid for 6 months.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a faulty item.
